About Me

My life-long quest to understand the why, what and how of life has inspired a personal search that informs my professional journey.

Although an early love of travel led me to live and work abroad where I immersed myself in other languages and cultures, I now find that my inner adventure is just as inspiring and even more colourful and exciting in its possibilities. However, I am also a down-to-earth person, so the resources I find within myself also need to bear fruit in the reality of my daily life.

Before setting up my practice, I spent time as a travel guide, teacher, manager, artist and mother. Training in psychotherapy and counselling took place at Regent's College; spiritual traditions and counselling with the New Seminary; healing and psycho-spiritual methods with Eagle's Wing and The Four Winds. I have also enjoyed participating in a great number of related practices, seminars and shorter trainings. This continues as I research innovative ways of working with people.

One of my many discoveries has been the relevance to people today of the extra-ordinary resources preserved for us over millennia by traditional healers. The combination of their ancient ways with the modern healing methods created through psychology means that I have been able to deepen my own life experience and extend what my practice can offer to others.
